Clothing and Trekking Equipment

Although mornings and evenings may be cool and nights quite cold , daytime can be hot, even in the fairly high Himalayan region. Therefore both warm and light -weight clothes are required. Most trekking gear and clothing is available in Kathmandu and some items may be rented from our office.
