PAYMENT POLICY

The pre-payment amounts to 25% of the total cost. Please send it and your confirmation of the tour by e-mail or fax to our Bank Account at least 15 days before your arrival in Kathmandu :

The remaining balance should be paid in cash, by creditcard or
travellers` cheque in our office before you leave on your trek/tour.

CANCELLATION FEE:

Upto 10 days before the trek/tour departure date - 15% of total cost
Upto 5 days before the trek/tour departure date -   25% of total cost
Upto 2 days before the trek/tour departure date -   50% of total cost
Last minute cancellation - no refund
